Hi all you mums!!
I have my 20 week scan on tuesday and I just CANNOT make my mind up as to whether to find out the sex or not.
I was just wondering if anyone regrets finding out before birth or if if anyone regrets not finding out!!
When I found out I was pregnant I wanted to find out, then I changed my mind as I think it's a nice surprise (1st baby) But my hubby REALLY hopes it's a boy, and we both 'think' it is and keep calling the bump 'he' and 'little Jack' etc so I don't know if we found out it was a girl it would give us time to get used to it...HELP!!
heya i found out wat i was having wen i was pregnant because i hate supprises and i wanted 2 get evrything ready. but my partners sister gave birth 3 weeks ago and she didnt find out so she had all white stuff and then got bored ith this colour so she bought 1 blue outfit a nd 1 pink turned out to be a girl and gave the blue outfit to the hospital. wich was really nice.xx plus evry one will get your baby clothes when it born.
I havent found out the sex of my baby. I wanted to at first but then I just thought about it, and realised it isnt going to make a difference anyway, all it will mean is that I know which colour clothes to buy etc.
I think it will just be an extra suprise.x
hiya im pregnant and worrid about being a mum but im more worrid about how i will cope being a mum and would just like to know at what stage of pregnancy people had their baby shower and how do you know if you are going to take being a mum easy x

Hey, wait till your scan on tuesday and you see your little buba on the screen i think you will be able to make up your mind then. To be honest the curiosty would just kill me. lol good luck Jai xx
Hey! oooh how exciting! Well when i fell pregnant i was convinced i was having a boy, i kept having dreams and had picked my name and everything! I wanted to be sure so i paid for a private scan as my hospital have a policy they dont tell you the sex, and i found out i was having a girl! I was over the moon as have always wanted a girl, and am so so glad i found out as i would have gone through the whole pregnancy convinced i was having a boy! I found it great cos i could buy clothes when i saw them and my pram in purple rather than black if i didnt know the sex. I also found it helped me to bond with her and all the pink or blue stuff is much nice than the white or neutral.
if i have another one i would definately find out again! xx
I chose to find out (boy) and before we knew, I had built up the idea that I was expecting a baby girl. I don't know why, I had just kept saying she" and thinking it was a girl!
I built my hopes up really, but when we found out we were having a little boy, I didn't care anymore about the sex!! I was so excited and now I'm so glad I found out, just so we're used to the idea!
Reading wat millsroobs has said sounds amazing, i'd love to be able to do that but with my first I always knew I would find out because I wanted to be totally prepared and it made me feel a lot more in control and calmer. I always said that when and if we had another I wouldn't find out but I know my curiosity will probably get the better of me!! Whatever you decide good luck! x x x
