thing is girls if you fella has only 16% good sperm and the other 84% is crap, how can my partner boost his sperm??? x
hey princess, i know i just messaged u with a website and if u read on there about selenium and vitamins a, c & e ... you can buy an all in one supplement from tesco and you can both take it . selenium can prevent chromosome breakage, which is known to be a cause of birth defects and miscarriages. Good levels of selenium are also essential to maximise sperm formation. Blood selenium levels have been found to be lower in men with low sperm counts. Vitamin E makes sperm more fertile, vitamin C stops the sperm from clumping which makes them more motile and Vitamin A is essential for the forming of babies eyes once concieved .... the product from tesco for BOTH of you to take is 'Tesco A.C.E. Selenium 60 Tablets' and costs £2.28 for 60 capsuals x x x x x

We had problems about 6 years ago and i read somewhere back then that L-arginine can double the mans count.
i heard a vitamin called selenium helps too
Make sure he takes Zinc & Folic Acid too. Ensure he doesnt get his manly buts too hot & sweaty, dont let him put the laptop on his knee. I am in the same boat so can very sympathise!! Adam however, is taking HcG growth hormone and we shall see if that helps :) xx
