My friend actually named her little boy 'Hayden Orlando' and there isnt a single person who commented negatively on it. I have heard it abbreviated to 'Lando' in the past. There are so many unique names about these days that the more unusual ones no longer stand out as they once would have, so i think you are safe with Orlando-it isnt crazy at all:)
