Hi Deborahm, my son is 10 months old also and he slept through the night from around 6 weeks but started waking up recently, this was due to him being poorly, now that Liam is well again he is still waking through the night but after speaking to my health visitor she suggested trying giving him some food before bed with his final bottle (we have been giving Liam some porridge) and controlled crying with him when we put him to bed, fingers crossed after a week of giving him this extra food and putting him to bed and letting him go off to sleep on his own he has started to respond quite well, he still wakes in the middle of the night but just gurgles and goes back to sleep on his own. I hope Zane settles down soon. x
