Hi All!
I'm 33 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I'm starting to feel really worried and nervous about the birth. I have never been very good with pain so this is really worrying me. I have also been feeling really isolated lately as I moved to Portsmouth about a year ago but have never really got to know anyone and all my family are in Bristol!
I found out I'm having a girl and at my last scan about 4 weeks ago they said she weighs about 3lb 2oz!
Is anyone else feeling really scared or isolated.... is it normal to feel like this?
Firstly Congratulations on your new you must be so excited!! The best thing to do is join mother and baby groups. They are an excellant way of meeting people! You can ask your midwife for details of some in your area! Also the internet it excellant way of metting people just have to be careful!
This is my seecond pregnancy and im scared! there is so much to think about and prepare for. Not just emotionally but physically as well? I am awful with pain to but some how your body goes into survival mode and you do get through it!
I hope this helps and good luck!!

Hi, I am nearly 32 weeks pregnant and so excited! we found out we are having a girl! we already have a 7yr old boy so this levels the house out now!
I don't know if its becasue i am more aware of her moving but sometimes when she kicks and moves it can be quite painful is anybody else experiencing this?
