have you tried getting out more especially with fellow mummy friends, i found that was all i needed after my first just started feeling isolated.
hi yeah i've been at college and still feel down its not every day now so starting to get better i hope. i don't have any friends who are mummies so its difficult. But thanks for the advice might try a parent and baby group over the holidays.

Hi everyone I had my daughter Madison on 1 Sept. She is the most amazing birthday present I could have asked for. But I'm now suffering from post natal depression does anyone out there have any advice on how to start feeling better. I have been to the doctor but still feel low some days.

Hello, my little one was born 3 weeks too early and was small-for-date. He was kept in hospital in special care for the first two weeks and has spent the first four months catching up at a tremendous rate and is now well within the normal range of weight and size for his age. It really is amazing how fast he has been growing. Nobody could say why he was too small and why he decided to pop out so early - that was just the way it was. It sounded alright to me even though is was strange to see him wired up to the monitors with a stomach tube up his nose and having to wash and disinfect our hands every time we visited him. But the nurses took really good care of him and here he is now, smiling and gurgling and enjoying being tickled.

hello everyone, seeing as we are into october now, I was thinking most people would have had their babies by now. My little poppy bottom (that's not gobbledy gook, her bottom really does pop) arrived on the 25th so she's a week old. I hope everyone else is okay and their babies fine and healthy, take care xxx
