Hi everyone I had my daughter Madison on 1 Sept. She is the most amazing birthday present I could have asked for. But I'm now suffering from post natal depression does anyone out there have any advice on how to start feeling better. I have been to the doctor but still feel low some days.

Hello,
my little one was born 3 weeks too early and was small-for-date. He was kept in hospital in special care for the first two weeks and has spent the first four months catching up at a tremendous rate and is now well within the normal range of weight and size for his age. It really is amazing how fast he has been growing.
Nobody could say why he was too small and why he decided to pop out so early - that was just the way it was. It sounded alright to me even though is was strange to see him wired up to the monitors with a stomach tube up his nose and having to wash and disinfect our hands every time we visited him. But the nurses took really good care of him and here he is now, smiling and gurgling and enjoying being tickled.
