Im a mum to 2 boys aged 7 and 3, i found the 4 year age gap perfect and was wondering what you other mums and dads thought was the perfect age gap, is a smaller age gap better? if so how did you cope with 2 young children? or do you prefer a larger age gap? if so how did your older children react to a new arrival? i don't think their is a perfect age gap between children. different gaps suit different people. we have four children 5 and under. With different age gaps between them. 22 months with the first two, 15 months with the second and third, 30 months with the last two. i don't think i would like any age gap closer than what i have.
