I have worked full time from 2 months after my son was born which was 5 years ago. I have had a full time nanny since then, luckily the same one. I did used to get upset when my boy wasn't that excited to see me at the end of the day but you have to get things into purspective. He A) didn't know he was hurting me B) He won't rememeber. He knows I'm his mum and I love him.

i work full time 9 to 6 mon to fri i have a 7 year old daughter and as much as i love the independance i do somtimes feel guilty working such long hours... i love my weekend with my daughter its all about us of the weekend week days we get everything done bath homework dinner together but i really miss waving her into school and things like that ,

I have been working since my baby was 7 months old and he is now 11 months and his attitude seems to be changing. is this something I need to worry about? Certainly hurts when he starts pushing you away(perhaps not intentionally but still hurts). Hope this is temporary but I do have to work for various reasons!
Anyone else have experienced such a change in baby's attitude?
