I recently got diagnosed with the dreaded PND so i thought id create this group for anyone who is suffering, or who has suffered with post natal depression at some point in their lives. Or indeed, anyone who is struggling with motherhood even if you havent been formally diagnosed. Us mummies all need support, especially when things are getting on top of us so please feel free to post a rant if you need to get things off your chest. i know i will!
