Do I fit in this group I have 4 children, a disabled 10year old an 8 year old and a 2yr old and a 37week old. I just find routine is always the best thing. not a stict one, one that suits you. I always get up half an hour early before the kids just so I get a bit of me time. then I wake them up in stages. by the time the two youngest get up I have done the house top to bottom so I know I have the whole day to them, instead of keep saying in a minute mommy has to do this and that. I go to play group most mornings and know when we finish we come home have dinner and they both have a nap. I then get to do the washing and more time for me. bed time routine is important. make it fun so the little ones nteract and keep each other happy. again they go to bed in stages. My only problem is that my 2 year old did'nt sleep through until he was 18 months and my 37week still doesn't. any idea's? don't be afraid to ask for help at home. just 5 minutes to yourself makes the world of difference.

I've got a 23 month old and 12 week old twins. It's mayhem! Completely agree with the 'how can you be so busy but get so little done' comment. My house is permanently full of damp washing and half-eaten meals.
