Hi guys, me n my fiance have been tryin to conceive for over a year. previous to that i was trying with my prevoius partner for 2 years of who since has had a baby boy with his new partner. so im guessing the problem must lie with me. i have had a laporoscopy and everythings good down there and ive also had many hormone tests which have all come back fine but still to this day i have not conceived. any tips or advice as its so stressful tryna get any answers from the nhs.
xx
Hiya my husband and i have been trying for over a year as well. He has been tested and was fine so i am the problem. Have they tried you on clomid? Thats what i have just started. It is really stressful but the sress makes it worse so its a vicious circle. Good luck

Hello , Myself and my husband have three girls aged eight , five and three . I did drink alot of semi skimmed milk when I conceived with them . I am trying for another baby at the mo and am hoping it to be a boy as that would complete our family . When trying for all three girls me and my husband had sex almost everyday which is supposed to be a good idea for making a girl , but I don't actually know how true that is. Hope this helps you abit .
Having Sex everyday is much more fun than making sure I eat alot more Dairy. Thanks. xxx

I have started eating alot of dairy because I heard that you should change your diet depending on the sex you want your next baby to be. I have 2 boys already so we are planning a 3rd & would like a girl.
Anyone else trying this? If so, do you nkow if it actually can help?
I was trying to shift my baby weight from when I had Sammy who is now 8mths, but dairy really wont help & I Wanted to lose a bit before I get pregnant again, as it'll be harder to lose then.

Hi i have had similar experiences to u. I have been off the pill for 4months and the pains happen to me. I think this is normal as ur hormones are changes from being controlled by the pill.
I've just come off the pill and been trying for nearly a month now but having period type pains that I can't work out if they are AF on the way or if I'm ovulating or what they are! AF due next week so fingers crossed for a BFP! Good luck everyone!
