Hey ladies how are you all doing? I know it's a bit late but Poppy arrived on her due date 6/1/11 after being induced due to low waters. I got induced with the gel at 12:30am and was having reular contraction so had co-codamol and a bath but was panting and breathing heavy through the contractions which were every 30 seconds lasting for 1 minute, at 3am I was in so much pain they checked and I was 3cm so I had pethadine and I fell asleep untill 4am when I woke up feeling as if my waters had broken but because they were so low I didn't know for sure, the midwive checked and my plug had come away at the same time so couldn't tell. I felt as if I needed a poo (sorry tmi) and was pushing on the toilet and fell asleep then woke up in pain and went to ask her help as I couldn't poo but had pain in my front and wanted to push, they checked me over by the nurses station as I couldn't move from the pain and Poppy was there waiting to come out lol. I got rushed though to labour ward at 4:40am and my fiance was at home as he got sent home because induction normaly takes hours and would need more than one to start me off, he got there at 5:05am and Poppy was born at 5:19am weighing 7lb 1/2oz. We are all doing fine Poppy has put on 8oz in 12 days so my breast feeding is going well :D just need to get her into a routine now as she's a night baby :( lol x

Just thought I'd update, had a gorgeous baby boy on the 29th of December - 8lbs - i was due 4th Jan. Absolutely loving having another baby in the house. My 2.5yr old little man seems so much bigger/taller/heavier now :) He absolutely loves his baby brother and everything is going well.

Hi how is everyone? I was jan 5th due but waters broke dec30th at 3am I was scanned and baby was breech so delivered by emergency caesarsean 9.27am baby jack joseph6 pounds11 and doing well. Waking every 2hrs for a feed.goodluck to everyone it's all very worth it x

Hi, I was due on 14th January but had my little girl delivered safely by elective c section on 29th December, 8lb & perfect!
