- Highchair converts to a low table and chair for your toddler
- Wipe-clean plastic tray
- Detachable crotch strap
- Fittings for a safety harness (sold separately)
- Not very soft for a young baby
The cube highchair. What is it, you ask? Well, the idea is that when your child becomes too sophisticated to sit in a highchair anymore, it separates into a two-piece set of child’s furniture: namely, a table and chair. The wood means that this piece of feeding equipment won’t take up your kitchen with a horrendous, whacky design that makes you feel slightly nauseous every time you catch a glimpse and although it doesn’t fold away anywhere, it does sit fairly unobtrusively wherever you want it to.
If you do intend to use it with a smaller baby, you might need to prop them up with cushions and a safety harness, which is not included in the price. Probably the most pressing concern for the DIYphobes is the fact that you will need to assemble it and depending on your deciphering/logic skills, this could initially be a little tricky. The best point about this highchair is the fact that it will last your child for a good few years, which considering the price, is absolutely great value.
