Top 20 Mummy blogs on the web

A 'blog' is like an online diary, where you can share your thoughts, ideas and feelings about any topic you wish! An increasingly popular type of blog is the 'mummy blog.' As the name suggests, this is a blog written by - yes, you guessed it - mummies!

As any mum will know, when you have a child you ALWAYS have something to talk about - whether it's your little one getting his first tooth, the incredibly embarrassing tantrum he had at the supermarket or just the funny things he comes out with on a daily basis - which you'll be reminding him about on his 18th birthday! This is exactly the kind of thing that mums share with the world in their blogs. So in case you're thinking about writing your own blog, we thought we'd provide you with a lowdown on the top 20 mummy blogs on the web to give you some inspiration. My wife and i just moved to London from the US and she is adjusting to life here while I work through the day. As you can imagine being new here it can be quite lonely so I suggested she start a blog...mostly to vent, but also to share the joys and difficulties of making this type of move. Oh, and we are now 7 months pregnant, moved when we were 6 1/2 months along. What were we thinking??? Well the link for the blog is above: http://fromparis2pampers.blogspot.com/ and here. Please help me support her on her new project and offer and tips or guidance on the blog and in life!!!!! Thank you SOOO much in advance!

I am curious about how the 'top 20' on this list were decided? Is it by reader popularity (ie: number of followers?)
