Dad's viral e-Bay advert gets bids exceeding £150,000
A father's e-Bay buggy ad has gone viral after his brutal honesty explaining how the arrival of his three children has taken away his 'happy carefree' life.
The seller ukjoel25 shares with bidders: "This was purchased against my wishes many years ago as I never wanted any children and a buggy signified my wife's intent to have children. We argued much and this buggy signifies everything that ended my happy carefree low cost child free life."
The lengthy descrption on the second-hand Phil and Ted's buggy has prompted a rather less honest 222 bids with the current standing at £156,706.
He goes on to say: "This buggy clearly meant she intended to have not just one but multiple children and the extortionate price of this buggy will stay imprinted on my brain till the day I die. I have bought cars that cost less than this buggy. My dad once bought a house that cost less than this buggy.".
The e-Bay advert has now finished.
