Sledding

If you’re jetting off on a ski trip this season, but have a baby in tow or don’t feel confident enough taking a tot, that doesn’t mean missing out on the fun.

A winter ski report released by Club Med has found that over a tenth of holidaymakers don’t actually ski or board on a winter sports holiday – and several of the most popular alternatives were young family-friendly.

The top alternatives to skiing and boarding were:

  1. Cross-country ski walking
  2. Dog sledding
  3. Ice-skating
  4. Rock climbing
  5. Bobsleighing
  6. Cross-country skiing
  7. Nordic walking
  8. Snow-shoeing
