Sculpt your arms and tone your tummy for spring
We've teamed up with TheBeezKneez Hive, Gurgle's fitness expert Vicky Warr's online postnatal fit club and have a 20-minute Mamas Arms and Tummy toning video with easy moves you can do at home when it suits you.
Vicky suggests the 20-minute plan is a routine suited to three times a week for four weeks. In that time you should notice your bingo wings disappear, your arms shape up and your tummy tighten.
The workout is designed specifically for busy mums. Not only does it take into account your body has changed since having babies, no matter how long ago that was, it's short and requires minimal equipment.
Combining floor core exercises with standing exercises working your waist and arms to move in all different directions you'll target the deepest muscles of the abdominals and the upper body. The routine will engage your tummy to fire up your core from the inside out, knowing that the moves are safe if you had a baby recently but also challenging enough if you are a mum with older children. The super effective moves have been put together in a sequence to firm, tone up and create beautiful definition.
Plus if you're not so fit, Vicky's expert instruction gives you modifications and for those that like a little more there are progressions too!
