Your baby this week

Your baby is a budding explorer this week as she uses curiosity of her surroundings to explore just about everything. If you have a high change table, never leave your baby alone on it and always keep one hand on her when you reach for a nappy. Your baby may be able to sit confidently without support soon and you’ll notice just how straight her back is, but can still roll or flip when you least expect it, so never leave her where she could harm herself. Some mums move their change mats onto the floor at this stage.

Is your baby in full-swing teething mood? Read our article on Teething - how to ease the pain.
