My name is Becca I am 29 and I am a Mum of 2. My oldest is 7 and her name is Katie-Alice and she is from a previous relationship. My youngest is Alvin and he is 10 months. I had two very different births. Katie was born in hospital, where I had an epidural and forceps birth. I was in labour for 17 hours, and hated the whole birth. Alvin was born at home. I had a birth pool, but was only in the pool for an hour. I ended up having him standing up. I was in labour for 12 hours and was very happy to be in my own house. I had 2 midwifes and they were there just for me. I loved my home birth and if we have number 3, I will want a home birth again.
