I am 31 and Rory is my first child. He was born by emergency C-section due to me having pre eclampsia. I was induced at 12 days over due! Contractions started quickly. I didnt dilate fully and Rory was distressed hence the C-section. Rory also spent 36 hours in NICU. He was the biggest baby there! weighing 8lbs 3oz. The recovery for me took a long time emotionally and i was very aneamic. I have recently returned to work part time and i love spending time with Rory although he is a busy little boy that doesnt sleep much and has just begun crawling and into absolutely everything! I love being a mum and cant wait to have more.
