I am 32 years old and Hannah is my only child. I deliberately waited until I was older to have a child, partly due to finding the right relationship and partly due to a health problem I had since birth. I didn't feel I would physically be able to cope with a child, but after years of pleading with doctors, I got an operation and 6 months later I came off the pill and got caught pregnant straight away. I have never been happier and am now sad that I waited so long to become a parent, I feel I have been missing out all these years! I took a year off work then went back for 4 days per week and now Hannah is 2 I am exhausted, but it is so worth it.
