Hi my name is Rachael and I'm 37, married to Jon and Finn is our first baby.I have found having a baby hard work more than I could have ever imagined!He's so tall,both me and my husband are 6 foot plus so he was never going to be a small baby but he did only weigh 6 pound 11 when he was born. I had severe morning sickness for about 5 months and lost a nearly 2 stones so no wonder he was under weight at birth.We were told at the 22 weeks scan that we were having a girl so it was a real shock when we were told we'd got a boy!!!!We weren't upset as we both wanted a boy so it was a nice surprise.I am back at work part time now and I used to hate work before having Finn but I love going as its a break from baby talk.That sounds horrid but it makes the days I'm home with him so much more enjoyable for both of us.
