I live in Ireland with my husband and one of my stepdaughters who is 19. We also have a little girl who is nearly 23 months old. I am now 10 weeks pregnant, we lost twins earlier this year so I am feeling very apprehensive and paranoid, and just praying everything is OK at the 12 weeks scan.
