Hi, I'm Kirsty. I am 33 and already have 2 children from my 1st marriage. Previous to getting pregnant with my eldest, Aidan, who is now 11, I lost my 1st pregnancy at 10 weeks. I then went on to have Aidan and Abbie whom I love to pieces. I got pregnant again but then at 20 weeks pregnant, I lost that baby too. Got married to my 2nd husband, Neil, on 4th August 2008. We decided that we wanted to try for a baby as soon as we were married and so now we wait.........................! 07/02/2009 - Whooop whoop waheeeeeeeey, I have just found out I am pregnant!!! :) 16/05/2009 - Been for a Gender Scan today and found out we are expecting a little boy!! We think we are going to call him Callum George! :D 01/07/2009 - Our little man tried to make an early appearance yesterday (at 24 +3 weeks) and so I ended up in hospital :( Was losing some blood and having contractions but thankfully with the help of some pethadine the contractions have stopped and the bleeding has cleared up too so just got to take it easy for a few days and hope he doesn't try to escape again within the next 10 weeks!! 17/10/2009 - due date today but no signs that this little man is going to make an appearance - driving me mad!! :( 28/10/2009 - our little man finally arrived on monday 26 october 2009 - 9 days late, weighing in at a very healthy 8lb10 and a half ounces. had a scare 3 times during labour when his heartbeat dropped down to 55 but pleased to say he is a happy and healthy baby - only problem is a suspected clicky hip which he will be scanned to confirm when he is 6 weeks old!! 18/11/09 - The post natal depression kicked in when Callum was just 10 days old and when i first saw my doctor she wouldnt do anything so I sunk even lower. she did finally put my meds up but by then I was extremely low and I am very angry about it all as I am missing out on what should be a very happy and joyous time in our little boys life - feel very let down and upset and cant see the point in anything!
