Hello Everyone, i am 25 and got married in 2nd Feb 08, i have been with my husband for 3 years and everything about our relationship has been a whirl wind, we have decided to try for a baby now instead of waiting for a year or so due to a scare we had recently and realising how disappointed we both were that i wasn’t pregnant. I forgot to take my pill on our wedding day but didn’t realise until 5 days later (panic) I missed my first period but then had some spotting, I was then 7 days late for my 2nd period and instead of feeling happy to come on I was so gutted. So we have made the decision not to wait and try now, I have just finished my last period and have now come off the pill. Scary as hell, I lost nearly 3 stone for my wedding and the thought of going back to be big is a scary, but if I can do that once i am sure i can do it again. Its also a scary fact of adapting to an unselfish life, but having someone who is always going to need you no matter what, is a really nice thought. You have prob got the drift that i am scared but at the same time i am so excited i have always wanted a family and fingers crossed i may have that sooner rather than later. Bring on the baby making... has anyone got any tips????
