Well Ciaran was born on the 19th December 08. We were induced due to my high blood pressure and when my waters broke there was merconium present so bang went any of my birthing plans. I was hooked up to millions of monitors and told to lie in bed for the full 10 hours that I was in labour for. (That's not counting the 5 hours before my waters broke!)We managed to get home for Christmas, which was very important to me. But as you may have guessed it all went by in a whirlwind! This year will be different as Ciaran will be more involved and will have a 3 month old cousin to chat to. Ciaran is doing well, he's currently teething, although no sign of them as yet!! And he is also rolling onto his front and moving round in circles when there. He's sitting up quite well, getting better at balancing every time he does it!
