hey im clare!im a young mum of 1 (im 17). i have a beautiful lil girl called Ella and i love her to bits! i am still with the dad, troy (hes 18) and we have been together for 2 and a half years and have just got engaged!! he propsed to me on saturday the 8th of november. would like to chat to other mums spesh mums who are also young like me. i love being a mum even though i am very young but i wouldnt change ella for the world.
