Labour and Birth

This is my stage

One of the top worries for most pregnant women is the labour and birth of their baby. As a mum-to-be you will be inundated with birthing horror stories, or advice from other mums, which can seem overwhelming. Each baby’s birth is completely different from the next, so it’s best to take the advice you are given, but ultimately the birth of your baby is up to you. One thing is for sure, the more relaxed and calm you are, and the more you understand what is happening to your body, the easier the birth will be. If you need help with naming your child, have a look at our fantastic Babynamer - it's not too late to get inspiration. See our Birth and Labour articles below for a comprehensive guide on everything you could possibly encounter whilst having a baby. We hope we can dispel your fears and guide you through this apprehensive yet amazing experience. .......Read Full Article
