Hey,

I think Cow and Gate or Aptamil are the best... i used Cow and Gate with my son as he was so greedy and needed breast and bottle... however with this baby if he/she is anything like they're brother i'll be using Aptamil as he helps bulid up they immune system better than the others... but this is what they advertise...

Hi Emma, I was unable to b/f my daughter and used SMA but it really didn't agree with her, it made her colic really bad so we put her on farleys first milk and she has been fine on it. Also the bottles to use if your baby gets colic are the Dr Browns they are an absolute godsend!!!! I used the tommee tippee closer to nature but my daughter didn't get on with them - but every baby is different so it is a case of just trying things until you find what suits your little one. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!

I'm breastfeeding so i don't have any personal experience with formula but my sister used SMA when she had to give up breastfeeding her son and then she also used it with her daughter but it turned out she was lactose intolerant but thats a different story! I always said that id breastfeeding didn't work out i'd use SMA because it's the only one i'd had experience with plus it been around for a while and there's the white formula for hungrier babies.
I hope that helps. Plus the tommee tippee closer to nature bottles are the best according to bottle feeding mum's i've spoken to
