One of the top worries for pregnant women is giving birth. As a mum-to-be you will be inundated with birthing horror stories, or advice from other mums which can seem overwhelming. Each baby’s birth is completely different and ultimately the birth of your baby will be a completely individual experience.

One thing is for sure, the more relaxed and calm you are, and the more you understand what is happening to your body, the easier the birth will be.
