First shoes fun and frolics on the Clarks kids' shoot

Shooting with very young children can sometimes be challenging as they pretty much do as they please. They may look at the camera (once or twice), but they'll probably be more interested in something in the next room and make a beeline for it.

So for our 'My first Things' Clarks kids' shoot, it was important to use props that were relevant to the ages of the children. Trying to keep the very little ones from actually chewing the shoes, we had a range of toys from the very young 6 months through to the robust 19 month ones, so getting something that they could engage with and entertain them was the trick of the day; bubbles, building blocks, nodding dogs, you name it we had it.

Even at such a young age they have such great personalities and were great fun to work with. Who would have thought you could have a dance off with a 19 month old!
