Relationships
They say that one of the most stressful times in a couple’s relationship is when a baby arrives on the scene. It is, after all, a life-changing event. From the moment you found out you were pregnant, you will have been juggling your changing emotions, body and practical resources.
As you adjust to pregnancy or life with a new baby, things inevitably change within your relationship: hitherto regular intimacies like
sex
may fall by the wayside, moods might go up and down and it becomes a challenge to make time for each other in lieu of the new demands your life entails. On the other hand, you will be sharing the joy of parenthood together: discovering new aspects of yourselves (and each other) and learning how to grow and evolve as a couple.
