i really need to stay in shape with this baby as i put a lot ov weight on with my last 2, i need a healthy eating pattern and some easy regular exercise, if anyone can give me som etips and hint that wud be great x x x
Do a food diary, and swim (if you are not particularly activem this is especially good). Aim for 3-4 sessions of exercide per week, plus lots of walking about.
