Foods to avoid in pregnancy

Midwife Tania Pearce talks you through which foods need to be avoided during pregnancy. If you find that you have accidentally eaten the wrong thing, don’t panic, the risks are small, but it is best to avoid these foods while pregnant.

Just stay in bed an rest all the time is also good but I'm not going to do it. Every mum to be want's what is best for there baby but then there's going to far with no shellfish, no nut's, no caffine/ limited chocolate. The stress of finding food to eat would cause more harm than the food it's self. This is my third child an with everyone there is different rules every time.
