Exercise and weight loss can help improve your fertility.
A study has found that exercise and eating healthily can improve the fertility of women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), the most common cause of female infertility.
The study, published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, compared the ovulation of overweight women who only took contraceptive pills to help improve their fertility, and those who took the pill and made changes to their lifestyles towards exercise and weight loss.
Those who took the pill and made healthier changes to their lifestyles were more likely to ovulate than women who only took the pill, suggesting a healthy lifestyle can indeed improve your fertility!
