Remember that parenting mantra, ‘Just good enough is good enough’? Well the same applies to getting up and dressed in the morning. FAKE, DON’T BAKE Terrifyingly, sun damage (think pigmentation and age spots) can add a whopping ten to 12 years onto our perceived age, so take Jen’s advice and swap the sun-worshipping for a little relaxation in the shade.
