Arnica Cream

Arnica Cream

mums love arnica cream

We all know the best medicine when your little one has taken a tumble is for ‘mummy to kiss it better’. But just in case you need a little extra help (and don’t want to resort to actual drugs), arnica cream could be your new best friend. It’s made from the extracts of the arnica plant (so no hidden nasties) and has been around since the 1500s. The native Americans were the first to discover its healing properties and used it to relieve muscular pain. Now it’s used by anyone and everyone suffering from anything from a bruise to a sprain. The reason it’s so good? It actually reduces both pain and swelling from little bumps and falls and also promotes tissue healing. Keep it in your first-aid kit (or handbag come to that) for minor emergencies. All better now.

Available from pharmacies.
