Keep well this winter

It's flu season, which means little ones and pregnant mamas should all be getting their flu vaccinations

Raining

Children between two and six and pregnant mums should all be vaccinated against the flu this time of year – and for the kiddies it only involves a nasal spray with minimal side effects! Great news for needle-averse tots.

Although flu can just be unpleasantly sicky, for small children and pregnant mums it can be extremely dangerous, and it's vital if you or your little 'uns fall into this category that you get vaccinated to protect yourselves, and others.

Not only can it prevent you or your children from getting the flu – or at least protect you from the worst of it – it's free for 'at risk' groups.

Public Health England and NHS England are hoping to vaccinate over three million 2-6 year olds this year. Children aged between six months and two years can get the flu vaccine if they have an underlying health condition.
