Snoring children linked to behaviour problems

A new study has found that toddlers who snore loudly two or more times a week are more likely to have behavior issues when they reach three years old, compared to children who don't snore at all. The study was compiled in the US by Dr. Dean Beebe, director of the neuropsychology program at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in Ohio and was published online in Pediatrics on August 13, 2012. Interestingly, the study showed that breastfeeding during infancy could help protect children from snoring and even possibly its negative impact on behavior.
