A helping hand for parents at bedtime...

time for bed

We all know that children's bedtimes can be a little stressful for parents, so we've found a useful little book by Petr Horacek which helps really young children understand the routine of bedtime in a flip-flap board book.

Time for Bed, illustrates a 'time to play' at the beginning of the book, then 'time to put toys away' (yes please!) it then goes through other little wind-down routines ending in time 'time to say goodnight', all with illustrations bursting with colour.

Oh for a peaceful bedtime...

Time for Bed, by Petr Horacek, 0-6 months+, £4.99, amazon.co.uk (available to pre-order now, Time for Bed comes out 6th June)
