Labour and Birth

justgivenbirth

One of the top worries for most pregnant women is the labour and birth of their baby. As a mum-to-be you will be inundated with birthing horror stories, or advice from other mums, which can seem overwhelming. Each baby’s birth is completely different from the next, so it’s best to take the advice you are given, but ultimately the birth of your baby is up to you. One thing is for sure, the more relaxed and calm you are, and the more you understand what is happening to your body, the easier the birth will be.
